Based on the innovative technology of NOVAFOIL 106, Xingfeng has introduced a new version of the stamping machine printing pallet specially designed for holographic positioning applications in their machine.
The NOVAFOIL 106 came out two years ago. However, our printing pallet was developed and used in the printing and packaging industry as early as 5 years ago, and the 106 is the first Bob gold stamping machine with horizontal ironing function, with our special printing pallet to improve the efficiency and versatility of the machine. The machine’s stamping platform has also been redesigned to ensure a longer holding time, stable stamping temperatures and higher pressures, taking the finishing quality to a new level. Reliability, coupled with the cost-effective use of hot stamping film and great flexibility, form the cornerstone of this compact and efficient new version of the machine.
Taking into account the special needs of the market for holographic positioning hot stamping, Xingfeng Pallet company hopes to provide a new choice for processors engaged in hot stamping process. This is the result of a newly designed nonstop pallet with intelligence that can be used on the NOVAFOIL 106′s automatic rail. Each holographic system can support up to two guides, each guide can be equipped with multiple printing pallet to achieve non-stop paper, and 10 holographic hot stamping film rolls with a maximum width of 100 mm can now be completed in one job, compared to two runs previously.
To ensure the zero defect quality that customers expect, XF equips each printer pallet with an RFID chip to ensure perfect positioning. The stamping film jump out is controlled by electronic system, and the jump shaft with press roller ensures a good tension of the stamping film. The holographic module can be placed quickly, and the RFID chip can be placed in place within seconds. What’s more, the module can be plugged directly into one of the two connecting boxes on either side of the machine. This plug-and-play system ensures quick and easy pallet changes.
The fully automatic nonstop pallet system takes into account all the details, with a shorter setup time and more flexible use, thus ensuring superior brand protection with greater precision through holographic stamping when using NOVAFOIL 106 . At the same time, Bob drives digitization and connectivity by constantly integrating new innovations, improving production efficiency and paving the way for the transformation of the packaging industry.
