The first CX104 nonstop pallet in North America has entered Ster to provide efficient printing for financial industry

Ster Company is a commercial printing house.  Over the months, they have achieved faster production rates with our plastic pallet, shorter print prep times, and extremely short lead times that have pleased customers and wowed peers.

Most of our nonstop pallet across the all over the world has strict delivery requirements for printed matter.

Deliver goods in the shortest time required by customers — XF pallets always adheres to this principle. They pride themselves on performing well and are hard for competitors to beat.

In order to stay ahead of the industry, most of our injection equipments are produced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Nevertheless,our management found that the consolidation of printing pallet service in the region had led to a high concentration of business, on the one hand, giving them a surge in orders; But on the other hand, it also makes their production pressure suddenly increased.

Many customers used to use wooden pallet for packing paper.
Therefore, they are determined to introduce new technology named spectial pallet for printing pallet which can meet printing customer needs and occupy the commanding heights of the market.

“We want to achieve higher production speed and higher efficiency for nonstop pallet, especially the printing preparation time must be short.” General Manager Ed M has a clear goal.
Although nonstop pallet is a newcomer to the printing business, and in the initial stages of CX 104 production, they focused on traditional printing, “we believe that our printing pallet is the future, and we hope to continue to make printing a new feature and advantage.”
