With the new designed pinter pallet for digital press, will reshape the industry’s understanding of digital label printing technology.
Terlas is seeking to drive the digital transformation of the label industry with the launch of Gallus One, a standalone digital printing press aimed at the short to medium order market.XF’s printing pallet happened this time for printer machine.
Printing pallet is a pallet for 340mm roll-to-roll UV inkjet digital printer based on the Labelmaster platform, capable of printing at a speed of 70m/min at a resolution of 1,200dpi in four-colour and white mode.
It retains many of the advanced features of the Gallus Labelfire 340, including fully automatic nozzle cleaning and a camera-based nozzle loss and density nonuniformity compensation system which need nonstop pallet to helps to packing.
If the Labelfire 340 is a “luxury” digital printing device from Terlas, the Gallus One will fill a major gap in the label market for cost-effective digital printing devices with its compact footprint, high level of automation, and “exceptionally competitive price.”
“The entire technology of the new press is based on Teras’ flagship Labelfire 340 and follows its stability and usability to the highest degree.” Dario Urbinati, chief sales and service director, Teras.
“We are seeing demand from small family businesses looking for alternatives to traditional letterpress and flexographic technologies, as well as a great interest in printer pallet standardisation from multinational groups.
We believes our pinter pallet is at the start of a new era in which the success of digital printing will not depend on “gimmicks” but on a real Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
“There is an expectation gap between what digital presses promise and what they deliver. We want to bridge that gap. Digital printing technology needs to move to a level of vision, not just talking about machine specifications. “We’re moving from making a metal plate to selling an entire ecosystem — the printing press is a tool for turning data into something tangible.”Printing pallet is also a tool for digital press.
Urbinati believes that Teras, as one of the founding companies in the narrow rotation industry, has a responsibility to help transform the industry, our nonstop pallet also should have an effect on printer.
“printer pallet has its own history of transformation – from letterpress to flexographic and offset printing and now digital printing. We will reinvent ourselves with the new technology we have. But our next development goal is an ecosystem, not just a plastic pallettechnology.”
