In 1992, Xingfeng Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. was established，throwing Tidal wave into new Plastics world. And you can see many new designed plastic lying on the beach, such as printing plastic pallets 、bread basket、 Eu-box、Parts box etc.., precipitating all over the world shocked.
With limited Environmental protection , enterprise opted to printing plastic pallets to transport paper, instead of wooden pallets ,which tends to mold easily. They were forced to use the wooden pallets instead of plastic pallets due to price , requiring the more time to load and unload carefully , Luckily, Xing Feng got the price of the plastic pallets down.
HuangHuaFeng was not an engineer or a mechanic, but he was an avid general manager. He demonstrated that anyone can innovate with impact. We tend to think that innovation is the preserve of a special few introverted geniuses, driven by “Eureka!” moments and instantly resulting in brilliant new type of printing pallets. This new type of printing pallets adapted to most Heidelberg printing presses, and you can change paper without stopping the machine, named “non-stop” plastic pallets.
Innovation can be applied to every aspect of product, not only in printing 、 but also in bakery field、agriculture….
Xingfeng scientific research team has been focusing on innovation, however, not all innovations rely on more features or higher quality .Sometimes innovations deliver inferior quality, but in a way that is significantly faster, more convenient、more suitable or less inexpensive than a product with more features. These innovations can be more valuable to customers than existing products or services.
