Where will higher production rates and higher productivity come from? Printing pallet will have an active role in printing
First, the Speedmaster CX 104, which can print 16,500 sheets per hour with our flat top and printer pallet, is much faster than Sterling's original equipment.
Secondly, Hedeber's Push to Stop technology, intelligent printing gives users a new experience, and advanced equipment such as automatic plate(plastic pallet) to change, ensure that the CX 104 can complete the printing preparation in a very short time, opening up space for production efficiency improvement.
Thirdly, the new concept of user experience, coupled with a set of assistant software system, plastic pallet provides a strong support for pilots to control the console of the third generation printing control center and the whole machine;
In addition, the patented third generation intelligent operation navigation system can independently determine the preparation process of live parts to be produced, and complete the printing preparation work with the fastest speed through the printing pallet.
At first, Sterling did not plan to replace the existing equipment. Now, however, they are shifting most of their orders to the CX 104 together with our printer pallet so that they can upgrade their aging equipment in the future.
Although Sterling began planning the introduction of nestable pallet two years ago, they were convinced that the new pallet would be a speedmaster offset press.
The third-generation intelligent operation navigation system on the CX 104 can automatically feeder paper with slotted top pallet, automatically optimize the production sequence of live parts, automatically switch to the corresponding interface during production, and automatically collect the paper with flat pallet, reducing many manual operations, which excited the captains.
To ensure the best performance in production, Sterling also uses Heidelberg Incom production management system and a series of flying printing materials.
