1) Purchase of base paper (wooden pallet)
Purchase printing paper (base paper) and plastic film with wooden pallet to the printing plant, the wooden pallet is generally not easy to recycle, suppliers mostly use wooden pallets to distribute to printing houses to reduce the cost of materials.
2) Paper cutting process
Put the base paper and place it on the cutting machine according to the set size and place it on the plastic pallet, the printing equipment with the function of changing paper without stopping is generally selected with slotted top Plastic pallet bearing paper, other printing equipment can use flat pallet.
3) Put in storage
The cut printing materials are loaded on plastic pallets and directly brought into storage for next printing process.
4) Printing (nonstop paper feeding)

When paper is about to finish printing, insert the swords (machine equipped steel pipe) into the paper through the groove of the printing pallet at the bottom, with the swords holders then the inserting forks can hold up the paper,then plastic pallet is taken out after falling through the lifting platform, and then the second plate paper fork into the lifting table to achieve nonstop feed paper.
5) After printing press (paper connection)
The printing pallet is placed at the outlet of the printing machine to receive the printed paper
Product, with board storage or transfer to the next process. (Note: for products requiring 2 times printing)
